Epoxy Floor Coatings can be non-slip, abrasion and impact resistant as this will reduce floor maintenance cost and the longevity of the Epoxy Coatings. When an unprotected floor is exposed to harsh chemicals and moisture, the substrate will deteriorate and will need to be restored. When Epoxy Flooring has been installed previously, the coating should be restored with a grout and all areas should be patched with epoxy mortar. This material will fill in any voids from deterioration. Epoxy Coatings can be installed with skid resistance to meet with the facilities safety team requirements.
