Sandblasting, Media Removal, Install Industrial Coatings at Interior, Exterior and Floating Roof of Tanks.

750 gallon Fuel Tank: Sandblast, Prep and Apply Marcopoxy and Acrolon Coatings. Created “TA” stencil logo and installed. Complex safety practices – i.e. tie-off rigging, lifelines, etc.

Wedding Chapel: Installed 3/8” Epoxy Terrazzo with recycled glass aggregate. Intricate radius platform

Concrete Polishing: Existing concrete floor. Install joint filler at control joints. Grind, patch and polish to achieve a salt & pepper finish

Paint: Prep, prime and painted throughout. Walls, high beam ceilings, jambs, misc. metals.

Terrazzo: Installed 3/8” Epoxy Terrazzo with colored glass aggregate. Installed 6” inch Cove base. ***Both to match existing cemetious concrete Terrazzo. Restoration of bull nose carbonado stairs. ***Disassembled existing stairs to restore and match.

Flooring: Install 3/8” Epoxy Terrazzo with colored aggregate.

Flooring: Install 3/8” Epoxy Terrazzo x3 colors. Install crack membrane system throughout areas new Epoxy was applied on top of existing. Install detailed Greyhound logo – created using 1/4” Aluminum transition strips (poured in place). Install 6” cove base.

Paint Interior: Prep, prime and painted throughout. Walls, exposed structure, ceilings, jambs, misc. metals. Apply Scuffmaster coating on Corridor walls

Paint Exterior: Apply Anti-grafitti coating and Sealer to CMU block. Paint misc. metals.

Concrete Polish: Grind, patch and polish to achieve full aggregate.

Stained Concrete: Stain concrete throughout – 4 colors. Install full basketball court layout using stain – intricate and precise detail.

Epoxy Floor Coating: Showers, Bathrooms & Kitchen. Install General Polymers Ceramic Carpet #400 with colored quartz. Install 6” cove base.

Recoat and Repair Project: the substrate had multiple cracks, causing leaks and preventing the water being held in. We applied Epoxy & Urethane coatings to rememdy the cracks to prevent further leaking and damage and then coated the entire fountain with a colored Epoxy finish.

Concrete Polishing Project: salt and pepper finish with a light aggregate showing.

Began as a raw concrete floor:  Grinded floor to achieve salt and pepper and desired look, applied densifers, grinded floor again then applied an Acetone Stain and finished by polishing floor with 1,500 and 3,000 grit resin pads and final step, burnished for to establish desired sheen.

Quartz (non-skid) floor with a double broadcasting system.

Shot blast floor to acheive desired profile (opening up pores of concrete), apply Quartz floor. This was done in one mobilzation to avoid seams, making it a seamless floor.

New Construction Project

Interior - All general painting, Venetian Plaster throughout, T&G Wood ceilings-stained and sealed with a Urethane topcoat sealer.

Exterior - Miscellaneous metals and Bell tower rod iron finished, Wood corbels-Stain and seal.

Interior - General painting in several suites, Venetian Plaster & Colored stained concrete in elevator lobby.

Exterior - Waterproof caulking applied around all windows and doors, all exterior wood stained with a full body stain.

Wood Beams: Sanded wood beams to acheive 220 grit surface for smooth surface to apply finish, apply sand and seal urethane coating, apply top coat of urethane sealer to keep natural wood finish look.

Exterior - Waterblast surfaces, prime & apply elastomeric coating.

Interior - General painting throughout, install Vinyl wallcovering and install Quartz (non-skid) Epoxy floor.

New Construction Project: general painting throughout; interior and exterior.

Confined Space Capsules: following strict safety guidelines per OSHA, apply Epoxy coatings to capsules.

Venetian Plaster finish - create a level 4 smooth face plaster surface, apply colored Venetian Plaster using a (3) coat/step process, finish by buffing and burnishing to create desired sheen/look.
