When water damage or mold occurs its very likely the substrate will need to be replaced. Gallery Painting will cut out the old substrate and replace as needed. We will also reinsulate if needed; followed by taping, bedding and texturing to receive a uniform finish with adjacent surfaces. The need for stucco patching can occur from most anything but most commonly caused by natural elements. Stucco patching can consist of removing bad stucco being sure to remove all loose and damaged areas. Installing new foam and lath as needed followed by up to three coats of new stucco. The final coat being the coat GPT will texture to match the existing stucco finish.
