Cementitious Urethane Floor Coatings

Urethane Cementitious Coatings are a breathable coating system that can be used on new and old concrete. This system also can be used as a resurfacing system. This system is a three component Urethane Concrete Industrial Flooring System. It is used for environments requiring a heavy duty Industrial Flooring System or when a concrete floor has sustained damage requiring a textured 3/16" to 1/2" resurfacing. Cementitious Urethane Flooring was designed as an alternative to acid brick and quarry tile. Urethane Concrete offers great resistance to abuse, thermal shock, harsh chemical exposure and prevents bacteria growth.

Urethane Concrete can be installed to any sound substrate such as concrete, quarry tile, and diary brick. Cementitious Urethane is a heavy duty seamless coating that is suitable for the most abusive and high moisture environments. Urethane Concrete was designed for the food and beverage industry. This coating has great thermo-shock properties and can perform against most chemicals and prevent bacteria growth.

Food and beverage facilities are subjected to the most extreme conditions as thermal shock, hot water wash downs and chemical exposure. Urethane Concrete meets and exceeds USDA, FDA, NSF, OSHA and ADA. When Urethane Concrete is installed, it has an antimicrobial technology which prevents micro-organisms from growing on the surface. Urethane Concrete can be installed as a cove base to make a seamless coating on floors and walls.
